These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Travel Mexico Solo (TravelMexicoSolo.com; the “Site”), owned and run by Travel Mexico Solo LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”).

By using the Site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Travel information is for general guidance

Our content is for general information only. It is not legal, medical, financial, immigration or safety advice.

Prices, opening hours, transportation, entry rules and safety conditions change often. Check details with official sources and providers before you travel. You are responsible for your own travel decisions and safety.

Our content and how you may use it

All text, photos, videos, maps and graphics on the Site belong to Travel Mexico Solo LLC or are used with permission. All rights are reserved.

You may read the Site and share links to our posts. You may not copy, republish, sell or redistribute our content, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission. Short quotes with credit and a link back are fine.

Comments

Comments are not reviewed before they appear. We may edit or remove any comment that is spam, abusive, off-topic or unlawful.

By posting a comment, you confirm you have the right to post it, and you give us a non-exclusive, free license to display it on the Site. Comments are the views of their authors, not ours.

Third-party links, affiliate links and ads

The Site links to other websites, including affiliate partners, and shows ads from third parties. We do not control those sites or ads and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

Bookings and purchases you make through those links are between you and the provider. See our Disclosure Policy for how we earn money from links and ads.

Consent to data collection

By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of information about you as described in our Privacy Policy, including by our advertising, analytics and affiliate partners.

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising at any time. Use the “Do not sell or share my personal information” link at the bottom of the Site, or follow the steps in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Travel Mexico Solo LLC and its owners, contractors, service providers, and advertising and technology partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. This applies even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to US $100.

Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

Arbitration agreement

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to sue in court.

Informal resolution first. Before starting any claim, email a written notice to hola@travelmexicosolo.com describing the dispute and what you are asking for. We will try to resolve it within 60 days.

Binding individual arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute arising from or related to the Site or these terms will be settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules, instead of in court. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

No class actions. You and we may bring claims only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action.

Who is covered. This agreement covers claims against Travel Mexico Solo LLC and against our service providers and advertising partners, who may enforce this section.

Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

Opting out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first using the Site by emailing hola@travelmexicosolo.com with the subject line “Arbitration opt-out.”

Law that applies. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the dispute will go to court instead of arbitration, and the rest of this section stays in effect.
