What is the best area to stay on Isla Holbox?

Downtown and the beach right in front of it are best if you want to walk everywhere, while the residential streets farther out are quieter and closer to nature.

No, the island is car-free, and people get around on foot, by bike, by golf cart or by taxi.

It can be spotty, since there’s no fiber-optic internet on the island, so look for places with Starlink.
